Privacy Policy
MSI will only use your
personal information to complete your order, answer your
inquiry or offer our products and services. We do not
sell e-mail addresses or personal information gathered.
Maintaining your privacy and security are of the utmost
importance. All information gathered is stored on secure
servers.
Payment Options
We accept American Express,
Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We accept Purchase
Orders from Local, State and Federal government
departments and agencies. Purchase orders from other
organizations or companies will be reviewed for
acceptance. You may also pay by sending in a check or
money order with your order.
Open Account – We
offer 30 day terms upon an approved credit application,
please allow 2 week for processing. All new first time
orders must be paid in advance. A finance charge of
1-1/2% per month (18% per annum) will be applied to
overdue invoices. Minimum billing $25.00
Credit Card Policy
MSI will authorize (not
charge) your credit card for the amount of your purchase
when you place your order. The authorization will most
likely reduce the available credit on your credit card
by the amount of your order. MSI will charge your
credit card when your order ships or 30 days after the
order date, which ever comes first.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your
order please call MSI immediately. Please note, once an
order has entered production or shipped it may not be
cancelled. If your item is returnable, you may return
the item subject to the return policy below.
Return Policy
We will gladly accept any
return of stock merchandise within 30 days of invoice.
Please call for a return authorization, returns will not
be accepted with out one. Items returned must be in the
original carton and in new condition as determined by
MSI. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Special and custom orders, closeouts and used items are
not returnable. All shipping charges for returns
(outgoing or incoming) are the customer’s
responsibility.
Back Orders
We try to ship all orders
complete. In the event some of the items are on back
order, they will be sent as they become available unless
you request otherwise. Back orders ship separately;
shipping charges will be billed for each shipment.
Special Orders
We will gladly provide
pricing on non-stock and custom items. A 50%
non-refundable deposit is required for all Special
Orders. A signed sales order must accompany all
deposits. Special Orders are not returnable.
Pricing & Typographical
Errors
All prices are subject to
change (up or down) without notice. Please confirm
current pricing when placing your order. While every
effort is made to make sure prices and descriptions are
accurate as possible, we reserve the right to correct,
refuse or cancel any orders placed at an incorrect
price.
Taxes
All orders are subject to
any tax which is in effect or may be imposed by State or
Federal law and will be added to all invoices. If you
are tax exempt you must provide your tax exempt
certificate along with a completed signed exempt form in
advance for our files.

Delivery Times
All shipping times given by
MSI are estimates. We do not give free shipping or
credit if an order does not arrive by a certain date.
Please allow time for unforeseen delays when ordering if
you have a deadline. MSI will not be liable for damages
due to delay in, or the inability to complete, the
manufacture and delivery of goods due to labor
difficulties, weather, Acts of God, governmental acts or
regulations, shipping delays, inability to obtain
equipment or material from the sources of supply, or any
cause whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of MSI.
Method
Most orders ship UPS within
24 hours unless the order exceeds UPS size/weight
limits, or if using a common carrier would be more
economical. All shipments are FOB our warehouse or
point of origin. Freight and handling charges will be
added to the invoice, drop or factory direct shipments
will be billed separately. We have negotiated
discounted freight rates with several carriers and
reserve the right to select the most economical method
of shipment unless other arrangements have been made.
Charges
MSI does not set or control
freight/shipping rates. Upon request we will provide a
freight estimate for your order. This is only an
estimate, actual freight and handling charges are the
customer’s responsibility. Due to different points of
origin your order may not be shipped together, which
will result in multiple freight charges. Some packaging
and handling fees apply to small orders and on certain
products or shipments.
Common Carriers
All freight carriers deliver
shipments to the closest point of your address. A
standard freight rate does not include the driver
bringing the items inside only to the back of the truck
for you to unload. Please advise us at the time of
order if any of the following apply: Residential
Delivery, lift gate required, inside delivery, special
access restrictions, appointment needed for delivery,
more than one person to unload, or any other special
circumstances that might affect your delivery.
Additional charges may apply depending on your needs.
Damages
The shipper is responsible
for damage in transit. Occasionally damages do occur.
It is your responsibility to inspect and count the
packages at the time of delivery and to notate any
damages or discrepancies.
UPS - If you discover a
shortage or damage have the driver notate it on his log
before signing for the packages and call MSI within 24
hours. Do not refuse the shipment and be sure to keep
the shipping boxes for inspection.
Common Carrier – After
verification and inspection of the shipment be sure to
indicate any shortages or damages on the freight bill
before signing. If you suspect concealed damage and the
driver does not want to wait for you to inspect the
shipment, mark “Driver would not wait for Inspection –
Possible concealed damage on the freight bill” then call
MSI. Be sure to keep all the original packaging and
shipping material for inspection. Claims can not be
filed without any notation on the freight bill. After 3
business days MSI cannot accept responsibility for
shortages or damages.
Guarantee
MSI will replace, refund or
provide store credit for any defective items within 30
days after the date of purchase. MSI is not responsible
or liable for loss of anticipatory profits, or for
special, incidental or consequential damages allegedly
caused by such items. MSI is not responsible for items
damaged by negligence or misuse of the user of such
items. There are no warranties; either expressed or
implied other than those provided by the manufacturer of
such items, other than above referenced guaranty. MSI
makes no representation or warranty, express or implied,
as to the quality, workmanship, design, merchantability,
suitability or fitness of the items for any particular
purpose, or any other representation or warranty
whatsoever.
